Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, or text regarding University programs
- Support students through the admissions and registration process, ensuring all requirements are met
- Track student progress and communication using a CRM system while achieving daily metrics set by management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center
- General knowledge of higher education and/or college admissions preferred
- Technically proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to multitask
