Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor I to guide prospective students through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through various communication channels to support their enrollment journey
• Document interactions and manage the admissions process using Salesforce
• Provide accurate information regarding programs and admission requirements to prospective students

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in a team environment and familiarity with call center software
• Proficiency in using technology and navigating multiple systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the position
