Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist I to guide students through their enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement follow-up strategies for managing the student pipeline
• Communicate enrollment expectations and assist students with scheduling and class start processes
• Evaluate transcripts and guide students on funding options and required documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred
• 1 year of relevant experience in enrollment advising preferred
• Call center or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in higher education preferred
• Experience working in a technology-driven environment preferred
