Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and teams to gather and document business requirements and user stories
- Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to design and develop business process workflows and applications
- Execute testing plans and provide ongoing support to ensure successful application adoption
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to complete/pass a public trust investigation
- BS/BA or currently pursuing a degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Information Technology
- Relevant business analyst certifications preferred
- Experience with user management and data reconciliation routines
