Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma; Associate's degree preferred
- One year of IT or customer support experience
- Basic knowledge of networking technologies and terms
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
- Capacity to follow defined processes and escalate issues when necessary
