Entry Level Data NOC Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier One Technician (Data NOC) entry level.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor automated probes, trouble tickets, and communications to identify and resolve network issues
• Coordinate with on-site technicians and other personnel to troubleshoot and update all parties on job status
• Document job details thoroughly and ensure timely handling of all tickets and tasks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma; Associates degree preferred
• One year of IT or customer support experience
• Working knowledge of basic networking technologies and terms
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Team-oriented with the ability to follow defined processes and escalate when necessary
