Entry-Level Account Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Account Analyst to gain a basic understanding of risk evaluation on new and renewal business.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and enter information into pricing models; perform initial analysis of exposure, loss, and coverage for underwriters
• Support underwriters and agents/brokers by managing workflow from clearance through policy issuance and documentation
• Provide customer service to brokers and agents, facilitating business processing and resolving inquiries related to policy transactions and billing

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of related work experience preferred
• Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to learn and apply new information quickly and accurately
• Experience with customer service in a professional setting
• Familiarity with pricing tools and models is a plus
