Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contracts database, overseeing the organization and maintenance of all sales contracts and related documents
- Ensure compliance with contract tracking protocols and maintain accurate logs for reporting and reminders
- Audit and organize contract files for accuracy and completeness, supporting easy retrieval and adherence to internal policies
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple records and deadlines
- Experience in maintaining structured folder systems and metadata for easy file retrieval
- Clear written communication skills for coordinating across various departments
- Basic understanding of standard contract structures and terminology is preferred
