Entry-Level HR Researcher

A company is looking for a Researcher, HR (entry level).

Key Responsibilities
• Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and transitions
• Plan and execute company-wide and team events to enhance company culture
• Manage internal communications and ensure data accuracy within HR systems

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a startup environment
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
• Resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and process optimization
