Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entry-Level Support Desk Representative for a 4/10 hour shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to Field Technicians during installations
  • Document installation information and resolve issues impacting scheduled work
  • Monitor site progress and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or project coordination
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Able to work varying shifts and roles as needed
