A company is looking for an Entry-Level Support Desk Representative for a 4/10 hour shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to Field Technicians during installations
- Document installation information and resolve issues impacting scheduled work
- Monitor site progress and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or project coordination
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Able to work varying shifts and roles as needed
