Epic Ambulatory Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ambulatory/Cadence Epic Consultant to support department build activities within their Epic EHR system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform department builds and configuration in Epic Ambulatory and Cadence modules
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Epic configurations
• Conduct testing and validation of department builds to ensure accuracy and usability

Qualifications:

• Active Epic certification in Ambulatory and Cadence strongly required
• Proven experience with Epic department builds, particularly in ambulatory care settings
• Strong understanding of scheduling workflows, provider templates, and clinical operations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
