EPIC Applications Analyst Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPIC Applications Analyst Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with users and leadership to develop and modify procedures related to Epic applications
• Documents workflows, specifications, and user manuals while participating in testing and user training
• Monitors post-implementation problems and maintains product documentation for assigned applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in automated laboratory and/or business systems
• Must obtain and maintain EPIC certification(s) within 6 months
• Basic knowledge of computer operating platforms and applications software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar products
