ETL Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ETL Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare data exchange solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data exchange transactions with healthcare providers, payers, and other trading partners
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare regulations while monitoring data exchange performance
• Support Master Data Management initiatives and provide mentorship to junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in systems integrations and/or ETL development
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in EDI development, preferably in the healthcare or PBM industry
• 5+ years of relational database experience and proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in mapping tools, scripting languages, and ETL standard tools
