Job Summary
A company is looking for an Event Coordinator to support event coordination efforts and ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare contact lists for campaigns and outreach, and manage Salesforce Campaigns
- Draft email communications for event invites and assist in gathering content for post-event summaries
- Research sponsorship opportunities and track agreements, invoices, and payment statuses
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing events or administrative support
- Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with B2B marketing or events in a corporate setting is preferred
- Prior experience supporting event or sponsorship teams is a plus
