Job Summary
A company is looking for an Events Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of third-party events, partner-led field programs, and webinars.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute event strategy, including designing a marketing roadmap and managing the event calendar and budget
- Drive engagement before, during, and after events through targeted campaigns and tailored follow-ups
- Connect events to pipeline metrics by collaborating with Sales and Marketing Ops to track attendee progress
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of event or field marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech
- Proven ability to manage strategy and execution for events and webinars
- Experience with data-driven marketing and measuring ROI
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events and budgets
- Creative and collaborative mindset, comfortable working across various teams
