Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative and project support to executives across the People team
- Manage complex calendars, arrange travel, and support large-scale virtual and in-person meetings
- Assist with project coordination, event planning, and maintain communication across teams
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or executive assistant role
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and think ahead
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
