A company is looking for an Executive Assistant & Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage professional calendars, prioritizing meetings and ensuring time for breaks
- Prepare slide decks and manage assigned projects and timelines for key meetings
- Facilitate efficient project meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on assignments
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience, preferably with administrative tasks
- Strong comfort in a Mac environment and proficiency in G Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Experience with project management tools like Trello and/or Salesforce is helpful
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
