Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant for the Office of Risk, Ethics & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Risk, Ethics & Compliance Officer
  • Coordinate and assist with the preparation of materials for board meetings, events, and conferences
  • Perform advanced administrative duties, ensuring timely completion of tasks and managing confidential information
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of related experience supporting C-Suite leaders
  • Knowledge of administrative concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Experience in managing multiple internal partners and administrative support teams
  • Ability to handle confidential information and perform diversified administrative tasks
