Key Responsibilities
- Maintains calendar of meetings, makes travel arrangements, and prepares expense reports
- Answers incoming telephone calls and greets visitors courteously
- Performs general clerical duties, maintains files, and prepares meeting minutes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills
