Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars and preparing correspondence
- Serve as the primary scheduling contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring organized communications
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and cross-functional teams on project management and logistical support for meetings and events
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably in nonprofit, philanthropy, government, or advocacy settings
- Experience with expense management and board reporting required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and project management software
- Prior experience with event planning and travel logistics is a plus
- A belief in the power of state and local government to drive positive change and a commitment to social justice
