Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and transitions
- Plan and execute company-wide and team events to enhance company culture
- Manage internal communications by drafting and distributing newsletters and updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred
