About the Role As a Sales Representative at Travel For Teens, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and promoting our international travel programs for teens. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our territory managers, handling client outreach, and securing new sales leads. Key Responsibilities Compile leads, handle client outreach, build client relationships, and perform related sales tasks to drive business growth. Call and email potential parents to discuss our programs, provide advice on program selection, and respond to client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. Deliver exceptional customer service to secure new client sales and ensure client retention. Respond to client questions, concerns, and inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy. Travel extensively during the summer months to meet with clients and promote our programs. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry or with a similar client base. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and differences. A positive and energetic attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. Experience working with teenagers and parents, or a willingness to learn and adapt to this demographic. A university degree, preferably in a related field such as marketing, business, or education. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management. Marketing experience, with a background in promoting products or services to a similar bolthires audience. Intimate knowledge of the locations and cultures where we travel, with a passion for international travel and cultural exchange. Photography skills, with the ability to capture high-quality images that showcase our programs and destinations.
