Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Support Representative to assist students and families through phone communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with families by phone to follow up on inquiries and provide support
• Identify needs and offer appropriate guidance and resources
• Document calls accurately using internal tools to track interactions

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish
• Availability to work part-time from August 2025 to June 2026
• Willingness to learn and navigate new computer applications
