Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineer - Fault Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing customer infrastructure and Optiva supplied solutions
- Resolve faults and incidents, ensuring 100% node/network availability and participating in emergency support activities
- Manage daily operations on a shift basis, including technical support tasks and node maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in Telecom Operations
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Knowledge of Linux and basic networking protocols
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud technologies is advantageous
- Experience in telecommunications, particularly with GPRS and GSM, is a plus
