Field Applications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Applications Engineer to lead technical deployments of AI systems and support customer integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale AI datacenter deployments
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues across various technologies
• Act as a technical expert to support sales teams and drive adoption of solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in system design or technical customer support within the technology industry
• Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware such as servers, storage systems, and network devices
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
• Proficiency in Bash scripting, Ansible, and Python programming is a plus
