Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing initiatives based on field insights and market research
- Manage KOL engagement and relationships, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales teams
- Oversee the execution of medical marketing initiatives, including speaker programs and promotional materials
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships within the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
