Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Analyst for the Finance Leadership Development Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and analysis
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop business cases to provide decision support and drive financial process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Fifth Year Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field (graduating between December 2025 and May 2026)
• A minimum GPA of 3.3
• Prior internship or business experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Authorization to work in the US on a permanent, full-time basis
