Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager for a remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting processes
• Produce financial reports and ensure accuracy in financial documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to motivate and influence team performance
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
