A company is looking for a Financial Analyst I to support Finance Business Partners and executive leadership in managing and forecasting headcount expenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee forecasting and reporting of company-wide headcount expenses
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to process headcount change requests
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive headcount reporting packages for company leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience in corporate or business unit finance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in planning, analysis, and reporting for multinational organizations is a plus
• Strong analytical skills linking financial outcomes to operational performance drivers
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and ambition to learn and share knowledge
