Key Responsibilities

• Support headcount planning, forecasting, and actual reporting
• Analyze cost center actual vs budget and provide explanations
• Assist with monthly/quarterly forecasts and budget for Development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Ability to prioritize assignments and manage timelines
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
