Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end processes, forecasts, and reporting on budget vs. actual results
• Support the development of the annual operating plan in collaboration with department heads
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
• Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
