A company is looking for a Financial ERP Transformation Training Coordinator to develop and manage training programs for staff across multiple continents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and update current training materials as needed
- Develop and implement training plans in coordination with Subject Matter Experts
- Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
Required Qualifications
- BA degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar fields
- 8+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or corporate training
- 10+ years of experience may substitute for educational requirements
- Experience with curriculum development and Microsoft software
- Ability to work independently and manage planning materials effectively
