Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial ERP Transformation Training Coordinator to develop and manage training programs for staff across multiple continents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and update current training materials as needed
  • Develop and implement training plans in coordination with Subject Matter Experts
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
Required Qualifications
  • BA degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar fields
  • 8+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or corporate training
  • 10+ years of experience may substitute for educational requirements
  • Experience with curriculum development and Microsoft software
  • Ability to work independently and manage planning materials effectively
