Financial Services Operations Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Operations Representative I, II, and III.

Key Responsibilities

• Process financial service requests efficiently and accurately for Mutual Fund clients
• Communicate with advisors and account holders to resolve complex issues and clarify requests
• Review transactions for quality and provide coaching and procedural recommendations for Reps II and III

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of work-related experience; preference for financial services experience
• 1-2 years of business experience in customer support or transfer agency roles for Rep. II and III
• Ability to navigate multiple programs and resources effectively
• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with the capability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment
