Are you passionate about customer service and ready to start or grow your career in banking? We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Teller to join a trusted credit union in Dallas, TX.

As a Teller, you’ll be the first point of contact for members—providing exceptional service while assisting with transactions, answering questions, and promoting products that help our members thrive financially.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet members with a positive attitude and assist with routine banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.)

• Maintain accurate cash handling and balancing procedures

• Answer account inquiries and provide information on credit union products and services

• Identify opportunities to refer members to additional financial solutions

• Ensure a welcoming, professional environment in the branch

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Team player with a willingness to learn

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM
No weekends!
