A company is looking for a Change Management Associate to support the design and execution of change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of structured change management strategies, plans, and tools
- Partner with business leaders to assess change impacts and develop stakeholder engagement approaches
- Track adoption and usage metrics, report progress, and monitor employee feedback to enhance the change experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in change management, HR, project management, or related areas
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's model) preferred
- Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project tracking and reporting tools is a plus
