Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fish Biologist to support NOAA's Interior Columbia Basin Division with Endangered Species Act and habitat restoration consultation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft ESA Section 7 Biological Opinions and Letters of Concurrence
• Review and comment on Biological Assessments submitted by federal agencies
• Evaluate and review aquatic habitat restoration proposals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years or Master's degree with 2 years in aquatic biology or related field
• Expertise in salmonid life history and habitat needs
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
• Valid driver's license
