Job Summary

A company is looking for a Five9 app Developer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data, software, or technology solutions for scientific or business inquiries
• Implement and troubleshoot Five9 call center software solutions in various configurations
• Manage multiple implementation projects and communicate progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in Contact/Call Center Software
• Experience with Contact Center systems including ACD, IVR, and call recording
• Knowledge of deploying contact center cloud applications and disaster recovery support
• Experience developing contact center reports to enhance efficiency
• Familiarity with Five9 application integration with CRM and pharmacy systems
