Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Assistant - Workers Compensation for Florida residents in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and enter new claims into the claims management system
- Process payments and manage mail, filing, faxing, and photocopying tasks
- Answer and initiate telephone calls, set up medical appointments, and provide customer service as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Six months of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Ability to support the organization's quality programs
- Experience with claims management systems is preferred
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
