Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop standard and custom formularies for assigned plans
• Provide clinical support to internal departments and monitor prior authorization requests
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the pharmacy department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Pharm.D. in pharmacy required
• Current Pharmacist license with no restrictions required
• 2+ years of pharmacy experience or 1+ years of pharmacy residency program experience preferred
