Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a call center
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to multitask and use dual monitors
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Quiet workstation with high-speed internet access required
