Pay Rate: $16.10 to $16.50 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

Essential Job Functions:

1. Retrieve and position empty pallets near the conveyor line.
2. Stack 10-20 cases per minute, with each case weighing between 10 and 75 pounds.
3. Rotate through various tasks within the department as needed.
4. Utilize handheld scanners for inventory and tracking purposes.
5. Ensure continuous operation of the line by unjamming cases, replacing tape, refilling glue pots and adjusting labels.
6. Operate pallet jack to move pallets of cases to the loading dock and restack cases as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (8+ hours) on a concrete floor.
• Capability to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid license to operate a pallet jack (training provided).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive grasping motions and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Flexibility to rotate between stacking and box-making tasks.
• Availability for overtime and weekend shifts.
• Proficient in using a handheld scanner.
