FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a junior FP&A Analyst who will report directly to the Senior Director of Finance.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the scheduling, planning, and preparation of the monthly Close
• Assist with the monthly review of financial statements and prepare variance analysis reports
• Proactively identify and implement enhancements to existing reporting and business processes

Required qualifications, training, and education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics related field
• 2-4 years of experience in an FP&A role
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and enterprise accounting software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
