Freelance Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Project Manager to support healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
• Support campaign development, omnichannel execution, and digital production workflows
• Engage in brand launches, production surges, and staff coverage for various projects

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in pharma or healthcare agency work (HCP and/or DTC preferred)
• Experience managing digital production (web, banners, email, CRM, omnichannel)
• Comfort leading cross-functional workflows with creative, account, and tech teams
• Familiarity with MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) review and Veeva PromoMats
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving client needs
