Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic consultant for new learning initiatives, providing expert guidance
• Lead thorough needs analyses to identify effective solutions for learning challenges
• Develop creative learning solutions and coach team members in instructional design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in educational, corporate training, or professional services
• Experience implementing adult learning principles
• Strong background in designing both in-person and virtual training solutions
• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, or Evolve
