Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Callback Agent to work remotely in a part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm leads and assist customers with rental quotes and services
• Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls efficiently while meeting quality metrics
• Utilize multiple computer programs to support customer needs and overcome objections

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Fluency in both French and English
• Basic keyboarding and computer skills
• Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs simultaneously
• General knowledge of U.S. geography
• Previous sales experience is a plus
