Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FullStack Developer (Node + React) for LatAm candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build core product features using Node.js and React
• Mentor and advise other engineers, reviewing architecture and code
• Shape the tech roadmap and take ownership of specific modules or systems

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of engineering experience with Node.js and React
• Previous experience in a leadership or architect role, such as CTO or Technical Lead
• Fluent in English (C2 level)
• Experience in AI or high-scale software environments
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing practices and clean architecture
