Full Stack Lead Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Stack Lead Developer specializing in Microsoft Technologies for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development aspects of IT projects for humanitarian missions, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to clarify and prioritize user stories for development
• Guide and coach a team of developers to ensure their success and manage vendor partnerships for outsourced projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• At least 6 years of Microsoft Full Stack Development experience
• Minimum of 2 years in lead or solution architecture roles
• 2+ years of experience with Azure AI/Cognitive Services/Azure OpenAI
• Experience managing agile development teams and proficiency in API design and .NET development
