Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Full Stack - Tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to develop tools for diagnosing and resolving customer issues
• Create systems that enhance root cause identification and solution implementation
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of problem-solving features, from identifying pain points to deployment

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Full Stack software development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, or Python
• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and system architecture
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
