Fullstack Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to develop and optimize features within their AI-powered customer support automation platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable features across the full stack (frontend, backend, and infrastructure)
• Collaborate with Product to break down scope into iterative, high-impact releases
• Integrate cutting-edge LLM capabilities into enterprise customer support workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Express
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud environments (AWS: Fargate, Lambda, EC2, SQS)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Experience with microservices and scalable systems
• Product-driven mindset focused on the impact of delivered solutions
