Functional Analyst for Veterans Affairs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst (Veterans Affairs).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze VBA mission requirements, business processes, and workflows for claims processing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements and success metrics
• Support system testing and user acceptance testing by developing test cases and validating outputs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, or a related field with at least 10+ years of experience
• 3+ years of experience as a VBA Veterans Service Representative (VSR) or Rating Veterans Service Representative (RVSR)
• Experience in gathering and documenting business or functional requirements
• Ability to translate stakeholder input into actionable development plans
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and pass a government background screening process
